Shipment and delivery
The shipping costs, amounting to:

€ 6.5 vat excluded (for Italy and islands included) 4€ extra for the mark
€ 20 vat excluded of supplement for: Venice Lagoon, smaller islands.
€ 20 excluding VAT for Livigno plus customs (min. €38.05)

for all orders will be displayed directly in the shopping cart, will be added to the order total during the checkout process and you will be charged at the time of payment. Nothing will be due to the courier at the time of delivery. The products "available" will be shipped within 24/48 hours (72 for the islands and smaller centers), from the time of receipt of payment by Aurora Nutriceutics s.r.l. Countries and shipping costs
you can send your orders and the shipping cost quoted in Euro. Any delivery costs are made explicit when placing the order. the payment of the products by the customer will be made using one of the methods described in the payment method section of these general conditions chosen at the time of order. Nothing is due in addition by the customer compared to the total order highlighted at the end of the purchase procedure. For delivery date is to be considered valid that one related to the first attempt, by the courier, to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer when ordering the products, even if the attempt should not be successful due to the absence of the recipient or refusal of the goods. A notice will be left by the courier, after the period communicated the goods will be returned to the deposit. No responsibility can be attributed to the supplier for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or fortuitous circumstances. Restrictions, taxes and customs duties
Items sent outside the European Community (EU) may be subject to restrictions for which Aurora Nutriceutics s.r.l. assumes no responsibility in any case, import taxes or customs duties that are determined when the package reaches the country of destination: these amounts are charged to the recipient who will handle the payment with the courier or with the offices in charge.
