Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Many types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Returns (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a number of days.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially sent.

Items for sale(if applicable)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded in full.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace them with the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: Via San Giovanni 6, , 25, 24121, Italy.
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift voucher.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the donor and he will handle your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
