Affiliation and commission program

This Affiliate Program ("Program") is part of the Operating Agreement governing your participation in the Affiliate Program. This Program describes the rates for advertising expenses that you may earn as a participant in the Program. It also describes the limitations that apply to earning advertising fees on certain Products.

From time to time, we may modify this Program in accordance with the Operating Agreement. All capitalized terms used below that are not defined on this page have the meaning given to them in the Operating Agreement.

In the course of each calendar month, you may earn advertising revenue for Qualifying Purchases. Most advertising rates are calculated as a percentage of Qualifying Revenue based on the tables below and are subject to the limitations described in the "Advertising Rate Limitations for Certain Products" section below. We may also offer advertising rates in the form of bounties or other special offers, as described in the "Special Offers and Promotions" section below. Qualifying Revenue" means the amounts we receive from qualifying customer purchases, excluding shipping, handling and gift packing fees, taxes and service charges, less any discounts, credit card processing fees, returns and bad debts.

The standard structure of the Program's advertising rates is described in Table 1. The rates of advertising fees that you may earn vary depending on the category of Products that are shipped, streamed or downloaded (as applicable) in a given calendar month that constitute Qualified Purchases. We will determine the classification of Products in each category listed in Table 1 below or otherwise described on this page.

On all products there is a standard commission up to 15%, excluding those listed below.

Important note

From time to time, we may make changes in advertising fees, including, but not limited to, 1.) Exclude certain products or product categories from the payment of advertising fees and/or 2.) Reduce or increase the advertising fee for specific products or product categories. We may also manage special or time-limited offers or promotions whereby you may earn advertising fees on Products or Product categories that were previously excluded from the payment of advertising fees, or you may earn higher advertising fees than those listed above.

We may notify you of such exclusions, rate changes, special offers or promotions by updating this page or by email, blog postings or other means.
